Paola Telfer is a serial tech entrepreneur passionate about developing technology that improves lives. She is CEO and founder of Sens.ai, a neurotechnology company that helps people control their brain’s neuroplasticity to prolong their cognitive health; she holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia; and an MBA in Technology Management from Simon Fraser University.

After being involved in a car accident, Paola experienced the power of neurotechnology. She found that it not only helped her heal from concussion and PTSD, but also improved her cognitive performance and her personal meditation practice. She is dedicated to fostering innovative science and engineering to support scalable and accessible neurotechnology from home. He has designed network intelligence ASICs (custom integrated circuits) that power backbones, managed eight-figure product portfolios, and led technical consultancies on corporate and government health initiatives. His previous tech startup leveraged wearable technology to improve the safety of field workers in traditional industries.
